Premium 3 mm Weightlifting Gloves — Men & Women

What the Premium version changes compared to our entry-level model.

Padding. 3 mm on the palm pressure line. This is what allows you to chain kettlebell swings and deadlift sets without your hands giving out before your legs.

Breathability. Perforated Lycra back: the mesh stretches with the hand and allows air to circulate. The glove dries in two to three hours after the session.

Fit. Five sizes instead of three, from S to XXL. A glove that fits properly doesn't rotate in the hand and doesn't bunch up under the bar.

Position the pad correctly. The padding should rest in the hollow of your palm, just below the base of your fingers. If positioned incorrectly, it will bunch up and become uncomfortable.

Adjust the tightness based on the movement. Moderate strap tension for pulling movements to maintain mobility, firmer tension for pushing movements to stabilize the joint. You should always be able to fit a finger between the strap and your skin.

Keep working on your grip. The glove eliminates pain and slipping, but it does not develop your forearms. Keep one set per week bare-handed, whether hanging from a bar or doing farmer's walks.

Air them out after each session. Take them out of your gym bag when you get home and let them dry flat. This is what most extends the lifespan of the padding and the Velcro.
