Description
A single sleeve to cover the arm from bicep to wrist. The compression is continuous, with no constriction points, and a honeycomb EVA pad reinforces the elbow area, where impacts and pressure are concentrated.
The silicone band at the top of the bicep prevents slipping: the sleeve stays in place set after set, for weight training as well as contact sports, basketball, volleyball, or handball.

Measure around your flexed biceps and check it against the size guide in the product photos. If you're between two sizes, take the larger one: the compression will stay effective without restricting circulation.
Is the sleeve sold individually or in pairs?
The sleeve is symmetrical and can be worn on either the left or right arm. The exact pack contents are shown on your order confirmation.
What is the EVA pad for?
It sits over the point of the elbow to absorb impacts and contact with the ground, in contact sports and team sports alike. It doesn't stiffen the joint.
Does the sleeve slip during exercise?
No. A silicone band built into the top of the biceps locks the sleeve in place, even mid-set.
