Description
Three pairs of 20-30 mmHg graduated compression knee-high socks. One for long runs, one for recovery, and one clean pair in your bag. At €54 for the set, that works out to €18 per pair.
20-30 mmHg graduated compression
Pressure is strongest at the ankle and decreases gradually moving up toward the knee. This gradient helps venous return flow in the right direction during and after exertion. The 20-30 mmHg class is the one used by most endurance runners and cyclists.
Knee-high, calf support
The sock rises to just below the knee, enveloping the entire calf. The muscle is held in place, vibrations with each stride are cushioned, and the feeling of heavy legs at the end of a workout is delayed.
Zone-by-zone knit design
Reinforced heel and toe, open mesh on the instep and shin to dissipate heat, and a wide top band that stays in place without rolling or leaving marks. Durable nylon, quick-drying, machine washable.
When to wear them
During running, trail running, cycling, or cross-training. After exercise, for two to three hours of recovery. Also during travel, on long flights or car rides.
The set contains 3 identical pairs. If you have a diagnosed venous condition, consult your doctor before wearing 20-30 mmHg compression on a daily basis: this product is a sports accessory, not a medical device.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many pairs do I get?
Three identical pairs, i.e. six socks, in the size you select.
What does 20-30 mmHg mean?
It's the level of pressure applied by the knit, measured at the ankle. The pressure then decreases as it goes up towards the knee: this is known as graduated compression. 20-30 mmHg corresponds to firm support, the level commonly used by runners.
Are they suitable for a venous condition?
This is a sports accessory, not a medical device. If you have a diagnosed venous condition, diabetes or arterial disease, or if you are pregnant, ask your doctor before wearing compression at this level.
How do I choose my size?
The size follows your shoe size: S/M for 35 to 40, L/XL for 41 to 46. If you have very developed calves and are at the upper end of a size, go one size up.
