500 ml soft flask for running and trail running — collapsible, bite valve

To drink without stopping, nothing beats a soft flask: hold it in your hand or slide it into the front pocket of a running vest, bite the valve, squeeze, and drink. This 500 ml soft TPU flask shrinks as you sip, so the water doesn't slosh around while running; once empty, it rolls up and fits in a pocket.

What it actually does

• Bite valve — bite, squeeze, drink: no cap to unscrew mid-stride.
• Shrinks as you drink — the pouch empties without taking in air: water doesn't slosh with every step.
• Collapsible — when empty, it rolls up in your hand and slips into a shorts, belt, or vest pocket.
• 33 g empty — according to the manufacturer: you'll forget it's there until your next sip.
• Wide opening — the cap unscrews for easy filling, whether at a tap or a fountain.
