What it actually does

• Bite valve — water flows when you bite the valve while squeezing the flask: nothing to unscrew while running.
• Shrinks as you drink — no air pocket, so no splashing with every stride.
• Collapsible — when empty, it rolls up and slips into a shorts pocket, belt, or vest.
• Two capacities — 250 ml, more compact, or 500 ml to last longer.
• Bright blue — easy to spot at the bottom of a bag or in a vest pocket.
